It is important you know that motorcycle touring in India, Nepal or Tibet is an activity involving risk. The security and full and safe control of your motorcycle, whilst riding, is your responsibility.

We expect that you will have at least 3 years motorcycle riding experience behind you, on large capacity motorcyles. To ride on our Tours we expect you to ride with skill, care, and confidence, on and off-road. Sections of highway are 'off-road' rough and some riding days can be long and require good physical fitness and stamina.

Your contract is with FreeSpirit Adventure Tours whose UK address is: Tinwell Grange, Crown Lane, Tinwell, Stamford, England, PE9 3UG. Our responsibility is according to law and where possible we comply with ABTA standards.

Payment for the Tour can be made in two parts, a Deposit and Balance payment.

1. The Deposit payment is 40% of the Tour Price and can be paid by Bank Transfer or PayPal (e.g. by credit card).
2. The Balance payment is 60% of the Tour Price and can be paid by Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Payments can be made through the Rider Pages by Bank Transfer or PayPal using a credit card.

Deposits must be paid at the time of booking.

Balance Payments must be paid no less than 8 weeks before the Tour Start Date.

However payments for Nepal Tours must be Paid In Full at the time of Booking.

If you want or need to cancel your booking and the Tour is less than 8 weeks away, we will already have incurred costs on your booking and will have to make deductions.

If we have accepted your Final Payment prior to your cancelling, we will only apply cancellation charges to your Deposit payment. We will refund your Final Payment in full.
