We ask that you understand that motorcycle touring in India, Nepal or Tibet is an activity involving risk. That you accept the full control of your motorcycle whilst on Tour with FreeSpirit Adventure Tours. You understand that FreeSpirit Adventure Tours will not be responsible or liable for any accident, illness, injury or death, however incurred, whilst on the Tour and that you have taken out the necessary insurance to cover these eventualities. We ask that you understand that at The Tour Leader’s discretion, if you the Rider, should display insufficient skills in handling the motorcycle in the conditions experienced on the Tour or if you ride without due care and attention, that you may not be allowed to continue riding. If this should happen, you can continue in the accommpanying Support Jeep at the Tour Leader's discretion. You must bring to India or Nepal the following documents: - A valid Motorcycle Licence - valid for Motorcycles.
- A valid International Driving Permit/Licence.
- A valid travel insurance policy.
If you are unable to show any one of these three documents on arrival in India or Nepal, you may jeopardise the success of your Tour. Good health and physical fitness is required for all our Tours. FreeSpirit Adventure Tours cannot pay refunds if your Tour is terminated early due to an accident or impaired fitness to continue. When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to do so and that you also accept these Terms and Conditions. A Contract A contract between you and FreeSpirit Adventure Tours will be come into effect when the Deposit and Balance Payment has been received for your Tour. The contract between you and FreeSpirit Adventure Tours is based on the terms and conditions laid down in this document. The contract between us is governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. You may however, choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you wish to do so. Late Bookings Late bookings will be accepted where places on Tours are available and the necessary resources are in place.
