FreeSpirit’s Guided Tours are spectacular, adventurous, well designed and excellent fun. We also ride without support in small groups on tougher expedition routes. Now - across India, Nepal and Tibet*, we bring you The Self-Guided Tour. Supporting the ‘Adventure Bike Rider’ - an experienced Rider, with some long-distance touring 'in the log book', with fully equipped motorcycles, a proven motorcycle luggage system and all the digital gear you need for your Self-Guided Adventure. Our Self-Guided Tour packages will cater to the ‘Adventure Bike Rider’ who has limited time to research, plan and equip themselves for two, three or four weeks on Tour. Drawing on ten years of experience, Peter Francon, will personally recommend when and where to ride, helping you design an overall route with additional day rides for your Tour. We’ll manage your collection on arrival, domestic transfers, motorcycle and equipment delivery and collection at the end – where ever you are. We’ll arrange hotels when and where you want them. We will brief our Local Guides of your arrival and direct to our trusted Agents. All your routes will be digitised and loaded onto the GPS we supply, giving you all the route and Waypoint details you require for a successful adventure. If you are that Adventure Bike Rider, then we’ll take you to the start point in the region you want to explore. Brief you about the bike and equipment, and send you off on your fully prepared motorcycle for your Self-Guided Motorcycle Adventure. For your safety, comfort and to enable the best experience, we advise that Self-Guided Tours be ridden by two Riders or more. For the same reasons we wouldn't advise the participation of Pillion passengers on Self-Guided Tours, unless accompanied by a mechanic and support vehicle. We remind all riders, that motorcycling in India, Nepal and Tibet can be dangerous. Traffic is unruly, roads can be in poor condition, and mountain roads are narrow and challenging. These are not Tours for Riders with little or no experience. We reserve the right to accept Riders on such Tours. We are working on an interactive form to help Riders Plan their Self-Guided Adventure. For now, if you are interested to plan your own Self-Guided Tour please use the Contact Us form. * Tibet Tours - by default, are accompanied by an Authorised Guide. |
