We ride 500cc Royal Enfields. They come standard with a front disc brake, an electric starter motor, as well as a standard kick-start lever.
Our motorcycles have the traditional right-hand-side gear change lever, shifting a 4 speed gear box, all recently new and serviced to high standards by trained mechanics. |

We enjoy social gatherings on our Tours and you may well be riding with people from around the world. You don’t need to be a boozer, but a cold beer after a long day’s ride is the norm.
Open minds, adaptability, flexibility are Rider traits that go to make a successful Tour. Caring for your fellow Riders is something we expect from all Riders, as you would yourself. It's not always possible to be comfortable and at times it’s plain uncomfortable. Your stamina and patience will be tested; our Tours are not for the faint hearted. |

Sometimes the road conditions are similar to off-road riding. Royal Enfield motorcycles are heavy (dry weight 160kg), these Tours are for the experienced rider.
Expedition planning by its very nature has to be dynamic. In the mountains the distance travelled each day is governed largely by the altitude of the passes and on the plains, by the distance between main centres. |

After our initial correspondence and when a Rider choses to confirm their intention to Ride with us. We provide a Login to the Rider Pages where Riders can get the latest Tour updates and plans, check joining instructions, read other Rider's questions and submit ride-experience resumes and personal intro's.
As part of the booking process, we ask for Personal and Travel Details, all of which can be submitted online and at the Rider's convenience. Payment instuctions and Tour Planning, Pre and post Tour arrangements, packing and equipment lists are also in the Rider Pages. |

We ask that you ensure your travel insurance is sufficient for your personal needs. Check your insurance policy covers such needs as hospitalisation or repatriation. Your Tour Leader will ensure the best possible evac/services are provided – given our location and the services available locally. |

To Enter and Travel in India you require a ‘single entry Indian Tourist Visa’. These are valid for 6 months and are obtained from the Indian High Commission in London or Indian Embassies in your country. Your travel Agent can obtain the visa for you usually within one working week. You must hold a full Passport and it must have at least 6 months validity remaining. |
