Riding a Royal Enfield from Lhasa to Kathmandu is one of the last great motorcycle adventures on earth.

Climbing out of the mystical capital Kathmandu to the remote border post with Tibet and up onto the Tibetan Plateau, whose average elevation is 4,900m will challenge the best of riders.

Mostly paved but part gravel and sand, our journey along the Friendship Highway takes us through desert landscapes and oases of green.
