We ask that you understand that motorcycle touring in India, Nepal or Tibet is an activity involving risk. That you accept the full control of your motorcycle whilst on Tour with FreeSpirit Adventure Tours.

You understand that FreeSpirit Adventure Tours will not be responsible or liable for any accident, illness, injury or death, however incurred, whilst on the Tour and that you have taken out the necessary insurance to cover these eventualities.

Payment for the Tour must be made in two parts, unless you are making a late booking in which case we may ask you to make the payment in full before you arrive in Asia.

Deposit Payment is 40% of the Tour Price, securing your place(s) on the Tour. We ask that Deposits are paid as early as is reasonably possible before a Tour Start Date. Payment instructions can be found in the Rider Pages behind the Rider Login.

Where applicable Tour Prices Include and Exclude some or all of the following...

Including at least... 

• Motorcycle, fuel, oil and maintenance.
• A Support Vehicle with driver.
• Royal Enfield mechanic and spares...

• International Flights / Excess baggage
• Airport departure taxes, surcharges.
• Personal Travel Insurance...

If you want or need to cancel your booking and the Tour is drawing near - say two or three weeks away, we may already have incurred costs due to your booking, in which case we will have to make deductions.

If the tour is being run as a small Tour group and you cancel, you may be jeopardising the success of the Tour.

Your typed word will be taken as your signature and acceptance that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
