 Plan to arrive at the latest on the scheduled Tour Start Date. An additional day at the start and end of a Tour is always advisable if possible (particularly if flying to Leh, 3,500m, a day at the least is advised for acclimatisation).Riders planning to arrive a day or so early can let us know arrival and departure dates, through the Rider Pages. Knowing your arrival and departure times helps us arrange airport Pick-Ups. Riders who confirm their intention to Ride with us can Login to the Rider Pages and read the latest news, joining instructions, Rider's Questions and have easy access to Tour Specifics and Contact Details. If you transfer to the hotel unaccompanied we advise you to take only Government Registered Taxis. If you plan to stay after the Tour is finished we can help with your accommodation and travel plans.
