Guided Tours
FreeSpirit’s Guided Tours are spectacular, adventurous, well supported and excellent fun!

FreeSpirit’s Guided Tours are spectacular, adventurous, well supported and excellent fun! The group finds its pace, the Road Captain lets Riders lead and roads permitting, you choose the route and where to stop. Our support vehicle and mechanic follow, ‘sweeping and fixing’, keeping you on the move.

Adventure apart, Riders often tell us the experience was challenging and rewarding. “I've waited 20 years to ride here...” The regions we tour are determined by the seasons so our schedule includes every corner of the sub-continent from Tibet in the north, through Nepal, into Bhutan and the north eastern Himalaya. Rajasthan's deserts, tigers in central India, to cool shaded south Indian backwaters, to Sri Lanka.

Expeditions
Expedition Rides - For the more adventurous rider

For the more adventurous Rider our Expeditions offer a different experience, following a range of pre-planned routes, rather than itineraries Riders get the chance to explore further and discover more. Sometimes we start and finish a thousand miles apart, our daily destinations and night stops are sometimes unknowns, meeting people and their cultures head-on in the places we discover en-route - FreeSpirit Adventure! Riding without a support vehicle and facing challenges as we meet them, consulting locals to find uncharted roads and local places of interest. For several months before the start we discuss and plan, to include where possible the places you want to explore.

Self-Guided Tours
Our Self-Guided Tour packages cater for the ‘Adventure Bike Rider’

With the Self-Guided Tour we’ve gone one step further. Our Self-Guided Tour packages cater for the ‘Adventure Bike Rider’. Drawing on ten years of touring experience across the sub-continent we will personally recommend when and where to ride, designing an overall route with additional day rides for your Tour. We’ll manage your collection on arrival, your domestic transfers, motorcycle delivery and collection, hotel bookings and digital route options. If you are that 'Adventure Bike Rider', then we’ll take you to the start point in the region you want to explore. Brief you about the bike and equipment, and wave you off, fully prepared motorcycle for your Self-Guided Motorcycle Adventure.

Rider Testimonials

Awesome scenery, amazing beautiful colors, challenging roads, wild angry rivers, wild, genuine and friendly honest people, inspiring timeless tribal culture and deep long lasting impressions are just a taste of whats on offer in the North East of India for the intrepid...the land that time forgot. Gerry North East India Expedition - September 2011.

Each tour has it's own personality, I've ridden with Edelwiess in Spain/France, and Pancho Villa in Mexico. Both were completely different with clientel and guides and I enjoyed both of them for each of their attributes.

A friend of mine had a mechanic who rode India on a Royal Enfield several years ago. I don't remember the mechanics name but he was from Tampa, FL. He did his ride somewhere around 1998. It's been on my to do list since then.

It was your website organization, readers comments, and ride route is why I selected yours when I was searching a couple of month's ago. Scott rode Tigers and Temples with us in October 2010.

"My experience in the north east with Peter was awesome and I couldn't have had a better guide and friend." Gerry rode the North East India Expedition - September 2011.
